FOOD & BEV SIGNAGE GUIDELINES

You will have to submit artwork for your menu design.

If you have multiple artworks, follow direction number 5 once you are in the program Figjam.

When you are done, click the share button at the top right corner. And send invitation to vendor@urbanspacemarkets.com

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

All necessary Department of Health paperwork must be completed and submitted before the market’s opening day.

Failure to complete and submit the required documents on time may result in delays or missed days at the market.

We are committed to operating within all health and safety regulations — no exceptions can be made.

BILLING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Invoices will be sent out between Friday, September 26 and Sunday, September 29.
License Agreements will be distributed shortly after invoices are issued.

Payment Schedule

Down Payment: $2,000
Due within 5 days of acceptance.

Please ensure timely payment to secure your participation and avoid delays in processing.

GUEEST

Signing up for Guesst is quick and simple, taking just 5-8 minutes after you receive the link for the percentage rent agreements.

Urbanspace will only have access to your sales data from our holiday market locations. We will not be able to view sales from your brick-and-mortar stores or any external markets.

If you have previously signed up for Guesst, it will recognize your login information. However, the link you receive for this agreement will only pull data from Bryant Park.
