FOOD & BEVERAGE: Menu Submittals due Friday, August 8

  • Urbanspace will Collect, Approve, Print and Install all F&B vendor menus prior to vendor Load in.

  • Cost per kiosk will be $300

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Department of Health Documents

  • Vendors may submit documents one by one or altogether - HERE

  • Vendors must fill out and submit a completed SOP form for the 2025 season

    • Vendors can download SOP template -

  • Department of Health and Mental Hygiene handbook - HERE

    • Vendors MUST have a site specific H25 for each market

  • Food Handlers Permit - Please submit your food handlers permit using the above document submittal link.
